Products ordered in the online store www.discoproducts.com cannot be picked up in physical stores. We deliver ordered goods in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to selected parcel lockers.

You can return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To return goods, contact JSC DISCO PRODUCTS by e-mail info@discoproducts.com and send it in a convenient way to: JSC "DISCO PRODUCTS", Žalgirio st. 92, Vilnius LT-09303, Lithuania, bearing the costs of returning the goods. The money will be returned within 5-7 working days from the return of the product to the seller JSC DISCO PRODUCTS.

If you notice a defect or the item was damaged during delivery, contact us by e-mail info@discoproducts.com. We will agree on the most convenient way to exchange the product for you and replace the defective product at our own expense.
