Refund policy

1. Return of goods

1.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defects of sold low-quality goods are eliminated, low-quality goods are exchanged, returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
1.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
1.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1.2.3. The product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance: intact label, untorn protective film, etc. (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
1.2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
1.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;


You can return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To return goods, contact JSC DISCO PRODUCTS by e-mail info@discoproducts.com and send it in a convenient way to: UAB "DISCO PRODUCTS", Žalgirio st. 92, Vilnius LT-09303, Lithuania, bearing the costs of returning the goods. The money will be returned within 5-7 working days from the return of the product to the seller JSC DISCO PRODUCTS.

If you notice a defect or the item was damaged during delivery, contact us by e-mail info@discoproducts.com. We will agree on the most convenient way to exchange the product for you and replace the defective product at our own expense.
